Campaign Manager Google Ads & Meta Ads

We are looking for a Campaign Manager with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, solid communication skills and the ability to manage lead generation campaigns for real estate projects.

Role & Responsibilities

- Set up, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram.
- Plan campaign budgets, audience targeting, keywords and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and improve lead quality, cost per lead and conversion rates.
- Test ad creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages to improve results.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop project-specific advertisements.
- Set up and verify conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Meta Pixel.




- Coordinate with sales and lead verification teams to understand lead quality and refine campaigns.
- Share regular performance reports covering ad spend, leads, cost per lead and key improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Practical experience running lead generation campaigns and managing advertising budgets.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and take action to improve performance.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project campaigns.
- Real estate campaign experience is preferred.
