Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented and versatile Cameraman cum Editor to join our creative team. In this dual role, you will handle end-to-end video production—from shooting high-quality visual content in the field or studio to editing, color grading, and assembling polished final cuts.

The ideal candidate has a solid eye for visual storytelling, technical expertise with camera equipment and lighting, and advanced skills in post-production software.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Shooting & Production (Cameraman Duties)

- Operate DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras (e.g., Sony, Canon, RED, or Blackmagic) to capture high-quality footage.
- Plan and execute camera angles, framing, lighting setups, and audio recording for on-location and studio shoots.
- Set up standard production gear including three-point lighting, gimbals, tripods, wireless lapel/shotgun microphones, and teleprompters.
- Conduct camera checks, lens calibration, and equipment maintenance before and after productions.
- Coordinate with directors, talent, or interview subjects to ensure smooth production workflow.

Video Editing & Post-Production (Editor Duties)
- Cut, trim, and assemble raw footage into engaging, cohesive stories aligned with creative briefs.
- Perform color correction and color grading to establish a consistent visual look.
- Clean up and mix audio tracks, add background music, and integrate sound effects (SFX).




- Create and integrate basic motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and call-outs using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
- Export and optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, Website, TV).
- Manage, organize, and archive raw assets, project files, and finished masters efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: [2+] years of professional experience in video shooting and post-production editing.
- Portfolio/Showreel: A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating visual camera work, storytelling capability, and post-production editing skills (Required).
- Technical Software Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (for basic motion graphics) and Photoshop/Illustrator (for visual asset prep).
- Technical Equipment Skills:
- Deep understanding of camera settings (ISO, shutter speed, frame rates, aperture, picture profiles like S-Log/C-Log).
- Hands-on experience with multi-camera setups, studio lighting, gimbals (e.g., DJI Ronin), and field audio recording equipment.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills when working with team members and on-camera talent.
- Creative mindset with high attention to visual and auditory detail.
