Role Description The Caller role at arunnn.com is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.



The Caller will engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to explain available digital marketing services, answer questions, and support them in selecting suitable offerings.

Daily tasks include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, sharing service information clearly, recording customer requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also involves following up on leads, maintaining call logs, and providing basic support to resolve customer concerns promptly.

Qualifications

- Robust verbal communication and active listening skills for engaging with customers over the phone.
- Ability to explain digital marketing services (such as web design, social media promotions, SEO, and PPC) in clear and straightforward language.
- Customer service orientation, including patience, empathy, and a professional phone manner.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with call logs, CRM tools, or spreadsheets.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- Prior experience in call center, telecalling, or customer support roles is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate with local team members.
