Job Purpose: We are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals to join our team for the travel process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales within the airline or travel industry, with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets, delivering excellent customer service, and promoting travel-related products.

Key Tasks:

- Receive inbound calls regarding inquires and conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell airline tickets, holiday packages, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through effective lead management and client engagement.
- Upsell and cross-sell value-added services to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and individual customers (B2C).
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Maintain updated knowledge of travel products, airline policies, and industry trends.




- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share feedback to support process improvements.

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Education: Graduation (Any Field)

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in a call center, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
