We’re looking for a Cafe All-Rounder who is energetic, friendly and genuinely enjoys food and people. You’ll be involved in everything from taking orders and interacting with customers to preparing food and beverages, packing orders, billing and keeping the café clean and organised. We need someone who is hands-on, quick to learn, comfortable during busy service, and doesn’t wait to be told what needs to be done. Experience is a plus, but the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn matter more.

You should be someone who brings good energy to the room, enjoys talking to customers and takes pride in getting the little things right. From remembering a regular’s order to helping during a rush, keeping your station spotless or stepping in wherever the team needs you — you’ll be expected to be hands-on and proactive.
