C Thenfoods LLP is hiring a confident, people-focused Cafe Manager to run Savidham Cafe, Thiruvali (Malappuram, Kerala).

Responsibilities

- Take charge of customer satisfaction, staff management and daily operations

- Keep the cafe running smoothly to company standards and SOPs

- Deliver great customer service and handle complaints professionally

- Lead, train and motivate staff, and maintain discipline

- Manage roster, attendance and shift cover

- Keep kitchen order flow smooth during busy periods

- Solve daily conflicts and build a positive team culture

- Maintain hygiene and FSSAI standards

- Track stock, cash and sales, and send daily reports

Requirements

- Robust leadership, communication and a polished manner

- Hospitality mindset, and ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment

- Freshers with strong leadership are welcome. Cafe or team-handling experience is a plus.

- Preference for candidates living in or nearby

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
