Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the development of high-quality FE models, meshing, and crash model build-up using ANSA.
- Independently set up, debug, and execute crash simulations using LS-DYNA.
- Develop load cases, prepare solver decks, and ensure model quality and simulation robustness.
- Assess vehicle and component crashworthiness through analysis of deformation, intrusion, load paths, and energy absorption.
- Perform CAE-test correlation, root cause analysis, and develop robust engineering countermeasures for performance improvement.
- Perform detailed post-processing, interpretation, and correlation of simulation results.
- Prepare CAE calculation plans, technical reports, and maintain project documentation.
- Present simulation findings, recommendations, and status updates to Design Engineers, Project Leaders, and customers.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support continuous improvement of CAE methodologies and processes.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program targets for safety, performance, quality, and timing

Requirements & Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, or related Engineering discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in Automotive CAE Crash Analysis.
- Solid hands-on experience in Pre-Processing Tools preferably Ansa.
- Solver proficiency on LS-Dyna.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to correlate simulation findings to real-world structural behavior.
- Experience with Primer, Pam crash and Animator is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of vehicle crashworthiness, structural behavior, and energy absorption concepts.
- Exposure to RCAR and Pedestrian Protection regulations, assessment methodologies is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Python scripting or CAE automation tools is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with a proactive, adaptable, and continuous learning mindset.
