CAD Draftsman

Role & responsibilities

- Prepare civil drawings, plans, layouts, sections and elevations using AutoCAD.

- Create and modify drawings based on project requirements.

- Interpret engineering drawings, sketches and specifications.

- Ensure accuracy and proper detailing of drawings.

- Coordinate with civil engineers and project teams for drawing requirements.

- Update drawings based on revisions and site requirements.

- Maintain proper drawing records and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 1 - 3 years of experience in Civil CAD Drafting.

- Robust knowledge of AutoCAD and 2D drafting.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Structural Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and analyze RCC / steel structures using ETABS software.

- Conduct structural analysis of high-rise buildings,



including foundation design and column capacity calculations.

- Prepare detailed drawings for RCC structures, including reinforcement details and concrete mix designs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in structural engineering with expertise in RCC / steel structures, high rise building design, and RCC structures.

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or master's degree in Other Specialization (M.Tech).

- Proficiency in ETABS software for designing and analyzing RCC / steel structures; knowledge of other relevant software such as STAAD Pro or REVIT is an added advantage.
