About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Chartered Accountant to join our Finance Excellence team. The role focuses on financial analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, business performance reporting, cost and management accounting, and driving process excellence through data analytics and AI-enabled tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reports.
- Perform financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Assist in annual budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support cost accounting and management accounting processes.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and automate reports using Advanced Excel and AI tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection, validation, and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency,



and timely submission of financial reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization within the finance function.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Costing, and MIS.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards, Advanced Formulas).
- Good understanding of Financial Analysis and Business Reporting.
- Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Meta AI, etc.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory.
- Strong academic background and analytical mindset.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Experience in manufacturing or corporate finance environment will be an added advantage.
