Job Title- CA- Finance Manager

Job Location- Delhi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Finance Manager with a strong background in GST compliance, TDS management, and overall financial operations in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of financial regulations, cost accounting principles, statutory compliance, and the ability to lead a finance team efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 etc.)
- Manage GST reconciliation, audits, and handling of notices
- Handle end-to-end TDS compliance including deduction, deposit, and filing of returns
- Reconcile TDS with books and Form 26AS
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund flow requirements
- Review and finalize monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial statements
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for timely completion of audits
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements

Skills & Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance & accounts, preferably in a manufacturing setup
- Solid working knowledge of GST laws, TDS regulations, and Indian Accounting Standards
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP/ MS Excel
- Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Experience in dealing with tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
