- C#/.NET application troubleshooting L2/L3 Specialist

Experience: 4–6 Years Primary Domain + Secondary Cross-Skilled

Job Overview We are seeking an L2/L3 Support Specialist to manage enterprise payment workstation gateways and IIS/Windows server infrastructure across multiple US datacenters.

You will handle complex incident restoration, change execution, and patching while cross-training as a secondary backup for API Gateway services.

Key Responsibilities Platform Operations: Maintain 99.9%+ uptime for IIS web applications, Windows Server environments, MS SQL Server databases, and F5 BIG-IP load balancers.

Incident & Change Execution: Lead L2/L3 root-cause analysis, perform application restarts, and execute monthly host/OS patching cycles.





Cross-Skilling Duty: Complete cross-training to serve as secondary backup coverage for enterprise API Gateway services.

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Stack: , C#/.NET application troubleshooting , MS SQL Server (T-SQL) and positive to have Windows Server 2016/2019, IIS, L), F5 BIG-IP LTM/GTM and gateway protocols.

Experience 5+ years supporting mission-critical enterprise infrastructure on Windows/IIS platforms.

Shift Requirement: Primary IST hours for scheduled maintenance + rotational 24/7 on-call for Americas P1/P2 incidents.
