Job Role

- Provide personalized butler service to 2-4 cabins / guests as per international luxury standards.
- Attend to all guest needs - Check-in, luggage handling, wake-up calls, meal service in cabin.
- Serve Food & Beverage inside cabin and maintain highest level of etiquette.
- Knowledge of Silver Service, Butler Service, Wine Service.
- Maintain guest history, preferences, and ensure repeat guest delight.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen & Bar for seamless service.
- Handle guest complaints with utmost courtesy.

Requirement:

- Min 2-5 years as Butler in 5-Star Hotel / Luxury Train / Cruise / Private Villa.
- Hotel Management Degree / Diploma preferred.
- Excellent Grooming, Communication in English & Hindi. Foreign language is plus.
- Age: 22-35, Height: Min 5'7"Willing to travel Pan-India for 7-8 days continuous duty.
- Salary: Best in Industry Travel Allowances Accommodation on train.

Position: Valet / Coach Valet / Cabin Attendant

Location: Bangalore (On-Board Luxury Train)

Job Role:

- Responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of luxury coaches, cabins, toilets, common areas.




- Assist Butler in luggage handling and guest movement.
- Ensure linen, toiletries, amenities are placed as per SOP.
- Laundry management, shoe shine, ironing service for guests.
- Maintain hygiene as per 5-star standards.

Requirement:

- 1-4 years experience as Room Attendant / Valet in 5-Star Hotel or Luxury Train.
- ITI / Diploma in Housekeeping.Positive grooming, polite behavior.
- Ready for on-board duty and long travel hours.

Position: Bartender - Luxury Train

Location: On-Board Bar - Bangalore

Job Role:

- Manage on-board luxury bar operations for HNI / Foreign tourists.
- Prepare and serve classic & innovative cocktails, mocktails, spirits as per bar menu.
- Maintain bar inventory, stock, and Wastage control.
- Knowledge of International Liquors, Wines, Cocktails, and Cigar Service.
- Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and create premium experience.
- Responsible for Bar License handling and SOP compliance during journey.
- Billing and KOT handling.

Requirement:

- 3-6 years as Bartender in 5-Star Hotel / Luxury Bar / Cruise.Certification in Bartending / Mixology.
- Excellent communication, well-groomed personality.
- Age 25-38.
- Must have knowledge of L1 & service etiquette.
