Shift: Afternoon 2pm-11pm

Key Responsibilities

- Perform business, equity, and intangible asset valuations for U.S.-based clients.
- Conduct financial statement analysis, industry research, and market benchmarking.
- Develop and maintain valuation models using DCF, market multiple, transaction comparable, and option pricing methodologies.
- Support valuation engagements related to financial reporting, tax, mergers & acquisitions, gift and estate tax, and litigation support.
- Analyze historical and projected financial performance to assess business value.
- Prepare valuation reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Collaborate with senior team members to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with professional valuation standards and client requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in Business Valuation, Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Finance,



or related areas.
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies including DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- CA, CFA (Level I/II), MBA (Finance), or valuation-related certifications preferred.
- Exposure to U.S. valuation engagements and financial reporting standards is an advantage.
- Experience with valuation software and financial databases such as Capital IQ, PitchBook, FactSet, or Bloomberg is preferred.
