Business Head – MumbaiMumbai | 7+ Years’ Experience | In-office

We’re building our Mumbai presence. We need someone who can lead it.Sociomark is a growing marketing agency headquartered in Navi Mumbai, with a robust client base across Mumbai. We’re expanding our presence and looking for a Business Head – Mumbai who can represent our agency, lead key client relationships, guide marketing strategy and build a high-performing team.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll own client outcomes, oversee social media and creative delivery, and help grow our business.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD· Client relationships & strategy: Be the primary point of contact for key clients; work directly with founders, marketing heads and decision-makers; understand business goals and turn them into clear marketing plans.

· Social media & creative direction: Own social media strategy, content calendars, campaigns and brand communication. Guide content ideas, review captions, designs and videos, and ensure work is purposeful and on-brand.

· Business growth: Strengthen client relationships, identify opportunities to improve or expand existing accounts, and contribute to growing Sociomark’s business.

· Performance & improvement: Lead client presentations and monthly reviews; interpret reports and insights to recommend what should change next.

· You don’t need to execute every marketing function yourself, but you should understand how the pieces work together and when to bring in the right specialist.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR· 7+ years of experience in a marketing, digital or social media agency.

· Strong social media strategy and client servicing experience, with a track record of managing multiple accounts.

· Experience leading junior team members and coordinating creative execution.

· Confident communication and presentation skills, including the ability to challenge a brief constructively.

· Commercial awareness, sound judgement, strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership.

You’re not just managing accounts. You’re building client trust, leading the work and helping build our Mumbai business.
