About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Business Head – Luxury Concierge Services to build and lead the concierge business of our upcoming luxury brand.

The Business Head will be responsible for developing the concierge business from the ground up, building a premium client portfolio, creating strategic partnerships and delivering highly personalized services to HNI/UHNI clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, premium lifestyle services, travel, luxury retail or related industries, along with excellent business development and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and develop the Luxury Concierge business and establish the overall business strategy.
- Drive revenue, profitability, client acquisition and business growth.
- Develop and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, entrepreneurs and high-profile individuals.
- Create and manage a strong network of luxury hotels, restaurants, private aviation, yachts, travel companies, luxury brands, event partners and exclusive service providers.
- Develop exclusive partnerships and negotiate preferential access, pricing and experiences for clients.
- Design and launch bespoke concierge services and membership programs.
- Understand client preferences and create highly personalized lifestyle solutions.
- Lead high-value and complex client requests from concept to execution.




- Build and manage a high-performing concierge team.
- Establish service standards, SOPs, KPIs and quality-control processes.
- Ensure exceptional and consistent white-glove client experience.
- Develop current revenue opportunities, memberships, packages and strategic services.
- Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities in the luxury lifestyle sector.
- Manage budgets, P&L; and overall commercial performance of the concierge vertical.
- Represent the brand at luxury events, networking platforms and strategic business meetings.
- Maintain the highest level of client confidentiality, discretion and professionalism.

Candidate Profile
- 10–15+ years of experience in luxury concierge, luxury hospitality, premium travel, lifestyle management, luxury retail or a similar industry.
- Proven experience in business development and team leadership.
- Strong existing network among HNI/UHNI clients and luxury service providers will be highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build a business, develop partnerships and generate revenue.
- Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations and service standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Commercially strong with experience managing P&L; and business targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a new business vertical from the ground up.
- High emotional intelligence, sophistication and professional maturity.
- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential client information.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
