Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across relevant industries in India.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn,



cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Pitch and sell digital marketing services, including:
- Performance Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Influencer Marketing
- SEO and Digital Marketing Solutions
- Build relationships with business owners, founders, marketing heads, and key decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and customized service packages.
- Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and potential business partnerships.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects.
- Track sales performance, revenue generation, conversion rates, and client acquisition metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and alignment with client expectations.
- Build long-term client relationships to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or business growth, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience selling digital marketing services to Indian clients.
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.




- Ability to independently generate leads and manage the complete sales process.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services and their business value.
- Experience using LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and sales outreach tools is an advantage.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and strategic thinking abilities.
- A proactive, target-oriented mindset with a focus on business growth.

- Monthly revenue generated and sales targets achieved.
- Number of qualified leads generated and meetings scheduled.
- Lead-to-client conversion rate.
- Number and value of deals closed.
