Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, including building relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, and prospective students.

Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, managing lead generation campaigns, following up with prospects, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings, prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and support events or outreach activities. Regular reporting, performance tracking,



and feedback collection will be essential to improve engagement strategies and drive sustainable growth for Industry Ready Academy.
