About the Role

SmartFin CFO is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team. We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals who are interested in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through calls, leads, referrals, and networking.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Explain company products/services and effectively communicate their value.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Work closely with the team to achieve overall business goals.

Requirements




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
