Job Overview

- Role: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Interior Design

- Industry: Architecture, Interior Design & Turnkey Construction

- Employment Type: Full time / Permanent

- Experience Required: 1 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Find and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, market visits, and industry referrals.

- Client Engagement: Connect with homeowners, business owners, builders, architects, and real estate developers to pitch design services.

- Site Visits & Meetings: Schedule and conduct face-to-face client meetings, presentations, and project site visits.

- Requirement Gathering: Understand client space requirements, style preferences, project scopes,



timelines, and budgets.

- Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with the interior design, estimation, and project execution teams to prepare accurate quotations and design proposals.

- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of pipelines, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales reports using CRM software.

- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue conversion goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Any Graduate.

- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, negotiation, and professional presentation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
