We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Development & Marketing Executive who can support our business growth through outbound lead generation, LinkedIn engagement, email marketing, CRM management, and inbound lead follow-up.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable researching potential clients, initiating conversations on behalf of the company, maintaining a structured sales pipeline, and consistently following up to generate qualified business opportunities and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B clients and decision-makers.
- Connect with prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
- Initiate conversations, follow up with prospects, and arrange qualified meetings.
- Maintain accurate lead, communication, and follow-up records in our CRM.
- Manage regular LinkedIn posts and company service-related content.
- Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns with solid CTAs.
- Monitor company inboxes and promptly follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Track outreach, campaigns, leads,



meetings, and overall pipeline activity.
- Coordinate with management/business development team on promising opportunities.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, inside sales, or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and B2B lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
- Strong research, follow-up, organization, and communication skills.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Experience in an IT/software services or B2B technology company is a plus.

Ideal candidate: Someone who can take ownership of the complete lead-generation process—from finding the right prospects and starting conversations to arranging meetings and keeping the CRM/pipeline updated.
