- 8-12 years experience in 3PL, 4PL, contract logistics, warehousing or supply chain.
- Drive new customer acquisition and secure profitable logistics contracts.
- Develop business across warehousing, transportation, distribution and CFS.
- Prepare logistics solutions, proposals, costing and commercial offers and lead negotiations.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales/business development team.
- Achieve targets for revenue, gross margin, current business, volumes, customer retention and profitability.
