We’re hiring: Business Development Manager – Study Abroad

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Olymp Group is seeking an experienced study-abroad recruitment professional to strengthen our UK student recruitment and education-agent network. This role suits someone with 5+ years of experience in overseas education, who understands the student recruitment journey and has a proven ability to generate enquiries, build partnerships and convert opportunities into applications and enrolments.

Key responsibilities

- Generate student enquiries through college visits, coaching institutes, referrals, education fairs and local outreach.
- Identify, onboard and support education agents across Vadodara.
- Build relationships with colleges, training centres and other recruitment partners.
- Communicate abroad study options clearly, including courses, entry requirements, intakes and fees.
- Work closely with counselling and admissions teams to support students from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
- Maintain accurate CRM records,



monitor partner performance and report progress against recruitment targets.

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of business development and student recruitment experience within the study abroad sector.
- Experience in study abroad student recruitment is a strong advantage.
- A track record of generating student leads and developing productive education partnerships.
- Experience in agent acquisition, partner management or channel sales.
- Robust communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- A degree in any discipline; an MBA or marketing qualification is preferred.
- Fluency in English; Hindi and Gujarati proficiency preferred.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively and flexibility to attend meetings or events outside standard working hours when required.
