1. Exp-8-17 Years experience in Business Development in Industrial & Government sector from Cables Accessories/ Cable Management/ Transformer/ Switchgear.

Mandatory Requirement

1. Must have experience of Government Business.
2. Must be from Cables Accessories/ Cable Management/ Transformer/ Switchgear only.

Key Responsibilities

Purpose of the Role:

Drive profitable business growth by identifying, developing, and converting strategic opportunities across South India and assigned markets while building sustainable customer relationships and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Business development, market expansion, strategic customer engagement, specification selling, opportunity management, techno-commercial negotiations, market intelligence, cross-functional collaboration, and brand-building initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):





- Present the Newly developed products along with Existing range to Customers through Technical and Commercial discussions.
- Business Growth & Revenue: Order booking achievement, revenue from recent business, pipeline creation, conversion ratio, market share growth.
- Customer & Market Development: New strategic customers, specification wins, wallet share growth.
- Profitability: Gross margin and contribution margin achievement.
- Customer Excellence: Customer satisfaction, repeat business, retention.
- Strategic Contribution: Market intelligence initiatives and successful commercialization support.
- Represent the Company at Industry Events, Exhibitions and Conferences
- Leading Large Project pursuits from Opportunity identification to Order Closure.
- Collaborating with Product Management, Engineering and Manufacturing Teams to launch New Products and Expand Market Presence.
