Role & responsibilities :

1. Business Development -

- Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, references, and client visits

- Develop new clients within the faade, architectural aluminum, and construction industries

- Build strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, contractors, and fabricators

- Increase company sales and strengthen market presence

2.Lead Handling & Conversion-

- Handle leads received through CRM, references, and marketing channels

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions

- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for quotations, samples, and project details

- Convert enquiries into confirmed business opportunities

3.Sales & Revenue Generation-

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients

- Follow up on quotations, approvals, and project closures

- Ensure timely order confirmation and coordination for project execution

4.Client Relationship Management-





- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients

- Ensure proper communication and regular follow-ups

- Resolve client concerns in coordination with internal teams

- Develop repeat business opportunities and long-term client relationships

5.Market Expansion-

- Identify recent markets, projects, and business opportunities

- Develop dealer and channel partner networks

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends

- Suggest business growth opportunities to management

6.Internal Coordination-

- Coordinate with CRM, Production, Accounts, Dispatch, and Quality teams

Qualification :

- Knowledge of faade, architectural aluminium, or construction industry preferred
