Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets for General Insurance products through Banca channels.
- Identify recent opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers in the banking industry.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of insurance solutions into banking services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide training and support to bank employees on bancassurance products and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in Banca Sales or related field
- Strong understanding of general insurance sales principles, including life insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, etc.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
