Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential clients for digital marketing and creative services.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings and client presentations.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services.
- Follow up with leads consistently and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with the internal team.
- Negotiate commercials and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings and follow-ups.
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) every day with complete activity and lead details.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding and handover.

Requirements
- 1–2.5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Acquisition.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust cold calling, pitching and negotiation skills.
- Good lead generation and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented with a focus on conversions and revenue.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Creative Services.
- Good relationship management and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, MS Office and CRM/sales tracking tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain daily DSR and sales records without fail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
