Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Property Management to onboard property management clients and drive business growth through client meetings, proposals, and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet prospective clients and understand their property management requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals and service offerings to clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements.
- Coordinate agreements, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Onboard new property management clients and hand over to the operations team.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and generate referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets and report progress to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).




- 3 – 5 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property market and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
