We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with robust experience in infrastructure/engineering consultancy business development. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing government/PSU consultancy assignments, handling tenders and bids, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track Tenders, EOIs and RFPs through CPPP, state e-procurement portals, GeM and international funding agencies.

- Evaluate business opportunities based on eligibility, past experience, commercial viability and margins.

- Lead preparation of EOIs, technical proposals, financial proposals and pre-qualification documents .

- Attend pre-bid meetings and manage queries, negotiations and follow-ups until award.





- Build and maintain relationships with Government Departments, PSUs, ULBs and Development Authorities .

- Identify and develop JV / Consortium / Sub-consultancy partnerships for business opportunities.

- Negotiate partnership terms, scope of work, commercials and agreements.

- Coordinate with HR and project teams for sourcing and mobilisation of key experts required for bids.

- Represent the organisation in client presentations, technical evaluations and negotiation meetings.

- Monitor business pipeline, market intelligence and monthly win/loss performance.
