Role Description The Business Development Intern (MBA Final Year) will support the growth of Global Product School by driving student acquisition, identifying potential partners, generating leads, and assisting with outreach to academic institutions and prospective learners for our flagship Full Stack Development with AI Native Engineering Course.

Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, counseling prospective students, preparing presentations and proposals, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating follow-ups with prospective clients and partners. The intern will collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to support campaigns, improve processes, and analyze performance metrics. This is a remote internship role, offering flexible collaboration across locations and exposure to technology upskilling markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Outreach & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and reach out to engineering students and academic institutions through digital channels and direct networking.
- Student Counseling & Conversion: Conduct consultative sessions to explain course benefits, career prospects,



and the curriculum structure of the Full Stack Development with AI-Native Engineering program.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospective leads, manage follow-ups, and log daily performance metrics using productivity and CRM tools.
- Market Research & Campaigns: Assist in evaluating regional partnership opportunities, gathering student feedback, and supporting promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

- Enrollment as a final-year MBA student with a keen interest in business development, education, or technology sectors.
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and business metrics.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven aptitude for lead generation and market research to identify prospects and evaluate opportunities.
- Customer service orientation to support prospective learners and partners with professional, solution-oriented responses.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or sales tools) is beneficial.
- Prior internship or project experience in sales, partnerships, or marketing is an advantage.
