About LH2 AI Labs

Built by second-time founders who have built and sold companies before, LH2 AI Labs (lh2.ai) is building the post-training infrastructure for frontier AI models. We bring private, high-quality institutional datasets and vetted domain experts to frontier AI pipelines across verticals like coding, computer use, agentic, medical, audio and more. For AI to keep progressing, it needs high-quality training data drawn from real production use cases.

The public web has already been crawled and trained on – there's nothing left there. That's where we come in: we envision creating a world where frontier models can access data on tap – exactly how they access compute today.

The Role

You'll join our Supply team, the team that finds and partners with companies that own the private data AI labs need. You'll help build our supplier pipeline, from the first email to the first call. This is a hands on outreach role, and you'll hear a lot of "no" before you hear "yes."

What You'll Do





- Research and shortlist companies that hold valuable proprietary data
- Reach out to decision-makers by email and LinkedIn, with messages that get replies
- Work out what data a company has, whether it can license it, and who decides
- Keep our supplier pipeline updated and accurate
- Schedule calls, take notes, and follow up after meetings with our senior team

What We're Looking For

- Clear, confident written and spoken English: you can write a short email a stranger will actually answer
- Curious about AI, data, and how tech companies work
- Persistent and resilient when outreach goes unanswered
- Organized enough to keep a pipeline of 50+ companies up to date
- Available on-site, Mon-Fri, for the full 3 months
- Bonus: past internship, campus sponsorship or fest outreach, or sales experience
