About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our recruitment agency. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, building strong client relationships, and promoting our recruitment and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
- Acquire new corporate clients and develop long-term business relationships.
- Understand client hiring requirements and promote suitable recruitment solutions.
- Schedule meetings with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Business Heads, and decision-makers.
- Prepare and share company profiles, service proposals, commercial quotations, and recruitment agreements.
- Negotiate service fees, payment terms, and contractual conditions with clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand hiring capabilities and deliver client requirements.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients, leads,



follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Follow up on client invoices and coordinate with the accounts team regarding outstanding payments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or staffing services preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid cold-calling, lead-generation, and client-acquisition abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment, staffing, and HR consulting services.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
