About the Role

UrbanRoof Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Baner, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential customers, and promoting our waterproofing and related construction services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and business opportunities for waterproofing services.
- Identify and approach potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Explain UrbanRoof's services, solutions, and pricing to customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for site inspections and project execution.
- Prepare quotations and assist in negotiations with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions,



quotations, and conversions.
- Monitor local market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Field Sales preferred.
- Experience in construction, waterproofing, real estate, building materials, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Fluent Telugu communication is compulsory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools is preferred.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive, good at communication, and passionate about generating business. Candidates who can communicate fluently in Telugu are strongly preferred and Telugu is compulsory for this position.
