About the Role

Elettro is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support sales growth, customer relationships, and day-to-day business operations.

The role offers direct exposure to Top Management and the CMO , with opportunities to work on sales, business development, customer coordination,n and strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on business enquiries and leads.
- Communicate with customers and dealers through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders.
- Build and maintain customer, dealer and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate orders, dispatches and deliveries with internal teams.




- Identify recent business opportunities and support sales growth.
- Maintain sales, lead, and follow-up records using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Assist Top Management and CMO with business development, market research, and special projects.

Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience; freshers can apply .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with sales calls, follow-ups,s and customer interaction.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
