WE ARE HIRING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Location: Jayamahal, Bengaluru

Openings: 4

Full-time | Work from Office

You will be trained to handle Owner Acquisition & Tenant Acquisition based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle calls & leads

Acquire property owners

Handle tenant enquiries

Understand customer requirements & suggest suitable properties

Schedule property visits

Follow up and convert leads

Update CRM & lead status

Coordinate with Field & Operations teams

Requirements

Positive spoken English & communication skills

Confident on phone calls

Sales-oriented & target-driven

Basic computer/CRM knowledge

Positive attitude & willingness to learn

Kannada/Hindi is an advantage

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome!
