Business Development Executive – Bengaluru

Nest Partners is a technology-led property management company. We are hiring energetic Business Development Executives for owner acquisition, tenant acquisition, lead follow-ups and conversions .

Role

- Handle inbound and outbound leads
- Speak with property owners and prospective tenants
- Conduct follow-ups, meetings and property visits
- Explain Nest Partners services and convert qualified leads
- Maintain lead updates in CRM
- Coordinate with Operations and Field teams
- Work towards monthly acquisition/conversion targets

We’re looking for Strong communication, confidence, punctuality, quick thinking and a customer-focused attitude. Graduation preferred; exceptional 12th/PUC/+2 candidates may also be considered. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Package: Starting around ₹20,000–₹30,000/month + performance incentives , depending on experience and capability.
