Role Overview As a Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive , you will engage with jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and business buyers in the US market. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective customers, introduce our lab-grown diamond offerings, generate interest, identify sales opportunities, and schedule meetings with potential clients.

This role provides valuable exposure to international B2B sales, client engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 200+ outbound outreach attempts per day using an automated dialer.
- Connect with prospective US-based businesses and decision-makers.
- Introduce the company's Lab-Grown Diamond products and services.
- Identify potential customers, generate business interest, and create qualified sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain engagement with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call updates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.




- Contribute to business growth through consistent outreach and relationship building.

Candidate Profile

- Any Graduate.
- Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Prior experience in Outbound Voice Process, Telecalling, Telemarketing, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Sales, Customer Acquisition, or International Voice Process will be an added advantage.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong convincing, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident personality with professional telephone etiquette.
- Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the shift.
