Business Development Executive (BDE) – Intern

CodeCaste Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated candidate for a 6-month BDE Internship. The role involves lead generation, client communication, LinkedIn outreach, proposal preparation, follow-ups, and exploring international business opportunities for our IT services.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Connect with potential international clients and understand their requirements.
- Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects.
- Explore opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
- Assist with calls, emails, discovery meetings, and client communication.
- Maintain lead databases, bid trackers, and CRM/Google Sheets.

Requirements:





- 2–3 months of experience in BDE / Business Development / Sales is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, business development, and client handling.
- Willingness to work with international clients.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email, and Google Sheets/Excel.

Internship Details:

- Duration: 6 Months
- Stipend: ₹8,000/month
- Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad
- Work: On-site
- Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Working Days: 5 Days/Week

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
