We are hiring Business Development Executive to join our team .

Job Location : Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, references, local market activities, and other sales channels.

- Identify potential residential and commercial customers interested in solar energy solutions.

- Visit customers at their homes, offices, and project locations to understand their requirements.

- Explain solar products, system benefits, pricing, savings, and available subsidy options to customers.

- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and feasibility assessments.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.

- Prepare and present quotations and proposals to customers in coordination with the concerned team.

- Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, campaigns, and local marketing activities.

- Coordinate with the project, technical, documentation, and accounts teams for smooth customer onboarding and project execution.





- Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales status.

- Submit daily and monthly sales reports to the Reporting Manager.

- Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities in the assigned area.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.

- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, or customer acquisition.

- Freshers with good communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.

- Experience in solar, electrical, construction, real estate, or related industries will be an added advantage.

- Willingness to travel to sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
