Positive Old Delight (GOD) is a Mumbai-based advertising and marketing agency specialising in the real estate sector. We work with leading real estate brands across the MMR region and offer integrated solutions across creative, digital, performance marketing, influencer marketing and PR.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify recent business opportunities, build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with real estate companies or advertising/marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads, particularly in the real estate sector
- Identify and connect with developers, real estate brands and decision-makers
- Pitch integrated advertising and marketing solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure
- Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial pitches




- Coordinate with internal creative, digital, performance and marketing teams
- Track leads, follow-ups and sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

Candidate Profile
- 0–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Servicing
- Preference for candidates from Real Estate, Advertising, Marketing or Media agencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good presentation and pitching ability
- Confident in interacting with senior decision-makers
- Target-oriented and proactive
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising is preferred
- Candidates with existing real estate industry contacts/network will have an advantage
