? We're Hiring – Business Development & Customer Success Executive

PETAERA TECHNOLOGIES LLP | Kochi

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Business Development & Customer Success Executive to join our team and take ownership of customer interactions for PracMind, our software platform for mental health professionals.

This is a customer-facing role that combines software demonstrations, customer relationship management, business development and product communication.

What you'll be doing• Conduct online and onsite demonstrations of PracMind.

- Communicate with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing PracMind customers.
- Assist customers with onboarding and understanding the software.
- Coordinate with our technical team whenever customer issues or support requirements arise.
- Understand how customers use the product and provide useful feedback to our product team.
- Identify usability issues, customer requirements and opportunities for product improvement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaigns and lead generation.




- Create content related to PracMind and its features for social media and other marketing channels.
- Participate in creating product videos, feature explanations, reels, presentations and other promotional content.

Who we're looking for• Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with professionals and business owners.
- Confident in conducting software demonstrations.
- Interested in sales, customer success and technology.
- Able to understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the technical/product team.
- Positive Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Willing to work from our Kochi office and attend client meetings when required.

Preferred⭐ Prior experience in software/SaaS sales or customer success

⭐ Experience handling software demos and client relationships

⭐ Experience creating social media/content marketing materials

⭐ Experience creating reels, videos, product explainers or other digital content A technical background is not mandatory. What matters more is your ability to understand a software product, communicate its value and build a good relationship with customers.

Compensation? ₹25,000/month fixed salary

There will be no performance incentives during the initial period. A performance-based incentive structure may be introduced later based on the role, sales performance and company requirements.
