Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development: B2B Sales role based in Ahmedabad, focused on selling working capital and term loan solutions to SMEs. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective SME clients, generating leads through field visits, networking, and digital channels, and conducting market research to understand client segments and industry trends. The team member will present Oxyzo’s credit offerings, explain key features such as collateral-free options and versatile repayment structures, and tailor proposals to client needs.

Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, coordinating documentation and loan applications with internal teams, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance, competitive insights,



and feedback from the field to help refine Oxyzo’s products and strategy.

- Actively sourcing and acquiring SME and Emerging Corporate clients across a spectrum of industries including Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemicals, Pharma, Textiles, and Logistics.
- Conducting thorough credit and risk analyses to inform sound decision-making, while adeptly preparing credit notes to facilitate smooth deal structuring.
- Ensuring seamless document fulfilment and timely disbursement of credit facilities.
- Working alongside the leadership and risk team to structure competitive deals and onboard clients effectively.
- Collaborating with the leadership to identify and capitalize on new growth clusters and industries

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess client financials, evaluate credit needs, and interpret market data.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities to conduct client meetings, negotiate terms, and present solutions clearly.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify new business opportunities and understand SME segments.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities to build long-term relationships, handle queries, and ensure a smooth loan experience.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, financial services, or lending to SMEs is highly beneficial.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a structured sales pipeline is preferred.
- Comfort with on-ground client acquisition in Ahmedabad and familiarity with local SME ecosystems is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience in sales or lending will also be considered.
