Role & responsibilities :

Business Development & Sales

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and EV manufacturers.
- Generate RFQs/RFIs and lead the complete business acquisition process.
- Develop strategic relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present business proposals, commercial offers, and technical presentations.

Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand future requirements and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Project & Program Coordination
- Coordinate with engineering, R&D;, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams during project development and launch.
- Monitor current product development activities and ensure smooth project execution.




- Support APQP activities and product commercialization.

Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze automotive market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities in EV electronics, sensors, control units, telematics, vehicle connectivity, and electronic assemblies.
- Develop business growth strategies for new product lines and market segments.

Commercial Management
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
- Prepare business forecasts, sales budgets, and pipeline reports.
- Ensure profitability of awarded programs through effective costing and negotiation.

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to understand customer requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations for seamless project implementation.
- Support management with business planning and strategic initiatives.
