Business Development Associate BTL & B2B
Location: Kurla West, Mumbai
Timings:10am-6:30pm (MON-SAT)
Experience Required: 1-3 years (preferably in healthcare / clinic / hospital industry/BPO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling BTL calling activities (leads generated from camps, events, offline marketing, etc.)
- B2B calling to corporates, societies, and referral partners for appointments and tie-ups
- Lead follow-up and conversion tracking
- Maintaining daily calling reports and CRM updates
- Coordinating with marketing and clinic teams for appointment scheduling
- Achieving daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience in outbound calling and lead conversion
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM
- Target-oriented and disciplined
