About the Role

ProCounsel is hiring an energetic and results-driven Business Development Associate to manage leads, engage with students and parents, and drive conversions.

Sales knowledge is mandatory. Experience or knowledge in college admissions is preferred, while exposure to study-abroad admissions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and parents through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand requirements, pitch relevant services, and convert leads.
- Handle queries and objections confidently.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling team for a smooth admission journey.

What We’re Looking For




- Robust sales, communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills .
- Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English .
- Active, hardworking, confident, and target-oriented.
- Admission/counselling knowledge is preferred.
- Study-abroad admission knowledge is an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude can apply; 2–3 years of relevant experience is preferred for the higher salary range.

Salary: Starting from ₹15,000/month | Up to ₹25,000/month for experienced candidates.
