Role Description The Business Development Associate will work full time on-site at Oliveboard’s Bengaluru office. This role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting partnerships that expand Oliveboard’s reach.

The associate will conduct market research to understand customer segments, competition, and emerging trends in the test-preparation domain. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and delivering presentations to prospective partners,



coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and business pipelines. The role also requires clear communication with stakeholders and participation in meetings, events, and outreach initiatives to drive growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills and experience creating impactful Presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities and understand target markets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging with prospects, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in edtech or a related industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
