Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Identify and develop potential clients and business prospects.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Conduct client follow-ups and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Negotiate with clients and support the closure of deals.
- Maintain regular sales reports and update CRM/lead management systems.

- Strong lead-generation and client-handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
