We provide coaching programs for students preparing for competitive examinations such as NEET, JEE, and NDA. We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented candidates who are comfortable with field sales and interacting directly with students and parents.

Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads for students interested in NEET, JEE, and NDA coaching programs.
- Visit prospective students and parents at their homes and other assigned locations.
- Meet students and parents personally and understand their educational requirements.
- Explain our coaching programs, courses, benefits, and admission process.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, social media, and other sources.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents regularly.
- Convert qualified leads into course admissions.
- Maintain daily records of leads, field visits, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Conduct local market research to identify new student opportunities.
- Coordinate with the counseling/admission team for meetings and counseling sessions.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation and admission targets.
- Important: This Is a Field Sales Role

90% FIELD WORK | 10% DESK WORK This is not a regular desk-based calling job.





The selected candidate will spend approximately 90% of their working time in the field, visiting prospective students and parents at their homes, generating leads, explaining our NEET/JEE/NDA courses, conducting follow-ups, and converting prospects into admissions.

Candidates must therefore be comfortable with local travel, meeting people personally, and working towards sales/admission targets.

- Ability to interact comfortably with students and parents.
- Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
