About the Role

LS Marathi is looking for a driven, proactive and result-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen our presence across key markets.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with brands and businesses, understanding their marketing requirements, and developing advertising opportunities with LS Marathi.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication and networking skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to independently develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned market.

Research and identify potential clients, brands and businesses that can benefit from advertising with LS Marathi.

Meet business owners, marketing professionals, brand representatives and key decision-makers.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand client requirements, marketing objectives and promotional needs.

Present suitable advertising, branding and promotional solutions offered by LS Marathi.

Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.

Manage the complete business development cycle from prospecting and client meetings to negotiations, closure and relationship management.

Conduct regular meetings and market visits to develop new client relationships.

Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure timely movement of opportunities.

Identify local market trends, upcoming businesses, events and potential advertising opportunities.

Coordinate with the internal marketing team for proposals, campaign planning and execution.





Maintain an updated database of leads, client interactions, follow-ups and conversions.

Work towards achieving defined business development and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Graduation in Marketing, Business Management, Media, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related field.

Freshers are welcome to apply if they have strong communication skills and a genuine interest in marketing and business development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong networking, presentation and relationship-building abilities.

Good negotiation and client management skills.

Ability to identify opportunities and independently initiate conversations with potential clients.

Target-oriented and commercially driven approach.

Willingness to travel locally and meet clients as part of the role.

Knowledge of advertising, media, digital platforms and social media will be an added advantage.

Language Proficiency

Marathi: Fluent

Hindi: Fluent

English: Good verbal and written communication
