About the Role: We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Associate to expand our recruitment business by acquiring new corporate clients and building long-term business relationships. The candidate will connect with HR and Talent Acquisition decision-makers, understand their hiring requirements, introduce our recruitment services, and secure recruitment mandates for mid-level to senior-level positions.

Work Environment: The office is located in East Patel Nagar, New Delhi. The work environment is an in-house setup designed to have a home-like atmosphere. This is an office-based role, with client outreach conducted by phone, email, LinkedIn, and meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities ● Identify and acquire corporate clients requiring recruitment and talent acquisition services. ● Connect with Heads of Talent Acquisition, TA Managers, HR Heads, Recruitment Managers, CHROs, and relevant decision-makers. ● Conduct cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups to generate qualified business leads. ● Understand clients’ hiring requirements, including open positions, urgent vacancies, and difficult-to-fill roles. ● Promote the agency’s recruitment services and explain how we can support clients in closing their hiring requirements. ● Arrange meetings with prospective clients and convert leads into active business opportunities. ● Obtain recruitment mandates, negotiate recruitment fees, and coordinate client onboarding and vendor registration. ● Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective and existing corporate clients. ● Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, meetings, and opportunities. ● Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to hand over confirmed job requirements smoothly.

Target Client Profile: The candidate will focus on companies that require recruitment support for mid-level to senior-level positions, particularly roles with a minimum CTC above ₹12 LPA.





Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

● 1–2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, staffing sales, recruitment consultancy, or HR services.

● Prior experience acquiring corporate clients or generating new business leads is preferred. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Confidence in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and client follow-ups.

● Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into paying clients. ● Familiarity with LinkedIn, professional networking, CRM tools, and Excel.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

● Candidates from recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or HR consulting companies will be preferred. ● Experience selling recruitment services or obtaining hiring mandates from corporate clients is an advantage.

● An existing network of HR and Talent Acquisition professionals is preferred. ● Experience in B2B lead generation and corporate client acquisition is desirable.
