About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is confident in communication and interested in building a career in sales, business development, client relationship management, and lead generation .

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential and existing clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email .
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships .
- Identify new opportunities and support lead conversion and sales growth .
- Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain CRM records, lead status, and follow-up activities .
- Work towards assigned sales targets and business development goals .

Requirements
- Any Degree .
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills .
- Strong sales, follow-up, and relationship-building skills .
- Positive,



proactive, and target-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales and business development .
- 0–3 years of experience ; freshers are welcome to apply.

Salary ₹15,000–₹18,000/month + Performance Incentives

Preferred: Candidates with prior knowledge or experience in Trading and Client Relationship Management will be given preference.
